Terms of Service

Effective: 8 April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amazon SP API MCP service ("the Service") operated by Terra Natural ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides read-only access to your Amazon Seller Central data via the Amazon Selling Partner API, exposed as tools that you can use from a compatible AI assistant (such as Anthropic's Claude). You retain all ownership of your Amazon data; we are a conduit between you and Amazon at your direction.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must have an active Amazon Seller Central account in good standing.
• You must have authority to grant Amazon SP-API access for the seller account you connect.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address and the AI client you use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your authenticated session. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at sales@terranatural.co.uk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls
• Use the Service to scrape data not associated with your own seller account
• Resell or sub-license access to the Service without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

5. Pricing and billing

• Free trial: 7 days, no card required. Full access during the trial.
• Subscription: £10 per month after the trial, billed via Stripe. Recurring monthly until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If something is genuinely broken, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Fly.io, Neon, Anthropic, Amazon SP-API) and inherits any outages those providers experience.

7. Your data

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: we never store your orders, inventory, pricing, or buyer PII. We only store your encrypted Amazon refresh token and minimal account metadata.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

We are not liable for actions you or your AI client take based on data returned by the Service. The Service provides information; you are responsible for verifying it before making business decisions.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, or if your subscription becomes delinquent. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days then deleted (see Privacy Policy section 6).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
